WHAT WE DO

In a nutshell, we transform mundane plastic debit/credit/bank cards into opulent metal cards crafted from Stainless Steel. Our innovative, soon-to-be-patented technology allows us to transplant the chip from your plastic card onto the new metal card. HOW WE DO IT?

To enjoy a fully functional metal card, simply send us your existing plastic card. Our state-of-the-art machines securely transfer all data from the magnetic strip to the new metal card. Our soon-to-be-patented technology safely removes the chip from your original card and transfers it to the new metal card. Your original card, now non-functional, is returned alongside your new personalised luxury metal card.

DOES IT WORK ON ATM MACHINES AND EVERYWHERE ELSE?

Absolutely! Your new luxury metal card functions in ATM machines and everywhere else, but we advise caution with full insertion machines due to the card's weight. Some machines' rollers may struggle to eject the card. For optimal use, stick to part insertion devices. In case of any issues, rest assured that you can walk into a branch with your ID to retrieve your card.

TOTAL SECURE PROCESS

Alloy Cards prioritizes your financial safety. You can temporarily 'freeze' your card in your online banking dashboard before shipping it to us. Our equipment doesn't store personal data; it simply transfers from A to B. Our website is encrypted with strong SSL, and we use secure payment providers. We never ask for your card PIN.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

Send us your plastic card, and once received, we'll start production on your new custom luxury metal card within 1-2 days. Both your new and old cards will be returned to you. One-way shipping from us to you is included in the price.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship globally, with services available for international credit/debit/bank cards. Follow simple shipping instructions after placing an order. Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs to our lab.

CAN I USE MY OWN DESIGNS?

Certainly! Order a Full Custom Card, and contact our designers at 07013395472. Upload your design/logo in high resolution, preferably in a vector file (.svg) with a transparent background. We can work with almost all designs.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?

Contact your bank immediately. CardRare doesn't cover costs for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

WHAT WE ARE NOT

CardRare is not a bank or credit card company. We don't offer financial services, credit, points, or have hidden fees. We specialise in upgrading plastic credit/debit/bank cards into custom luxury metal cards.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Returns or refunds aren't available for customisable products or services. All sales are final. If you encounter any issues with your order, contact us at support@cardrare.com for resolution. Please note that fees may apply if the customisation process has begun or is completed.
